We arrived at 13:15 and wanted to check in but was said check in starts at 14:00. I said to complete the check in formalities and we would go to the room at 14:00 but was said very sternly even that at 14:00. Waiting in the hottest lobby with no aircon neither a fan were at least another 30-40 guests sweating. At 14:00 one staff starts check in formalities which perhaps took at least an hour and a half to complete for all the guests. As I entered the room inside the room entrance was a bundle of hair perhaps from the previous guests and a dirty floor.

My friend and I stayed 1 night here with amazing price only 3 digit THB!!! Not only the price was unexpected that we have to pay but also we got a triple room! We say WOW! The hotel located in prime area where have many restaurants and convenient shop. Suitable for stay over!

The hotel is in a good location, not crowded. Parking is limited but sufficient. Service staff according to budget hotel standards. The pool is closed at 8 pm because there is no light. Walking distance from the hotel to the Walking Street and the beach.

The hotel was conveniently located and Pattaya walking street, plus some commercial centers are not far. The staff was very professional and cheerful. We liked the hotel even though the pool was not heated. Very nice place to stay and value for money.

Very poor staff. Communication very poor. Guidance, they don't even know about their hotel, only breakfast will get. But that only third food. Pork and chicken (I can't think itself eating morning itself) almost all rooms are vacant. I asked them to arrange a Taxi. Even that they couldn't. After paying all amount before traveling they ask us to pay 500thang that is nearly 1500rupees deposits. Very very poor hotel. Whenever you come out from hotel the staff check your bag
